6.1 The production line shall be marked, distinguished and recorded into MES system before the defective products are sent for repair.

6.1.1 Defective products are divided into three categories: A: appearance defective products, B: download defective products,

C: Defective products of functional calibration.

6.1.4 Before sending defective products for repair, input the barcode and defective bit number or defective phenomenon into MES system for station processing.

6.2 Safety Requirements

6.2.1 Occupational safety

6.2.1.1 Welding maintenance station shall be equipped with appropriate smoke exhaust system to eliminate welding smoke

6.2.1.3 Maintenance equipment must have detailed safety operation instructions

6.2.1.5 Maintenance personnel/engineers shall not download or copy the schematic diagram in any way, and shall not forward or spread it without permission. Otherwise, they will be punished according to the Information Security Management Regulations of the company.

6.3 REQUIREMENTS for ESD Prevention

6.3.1 All products and materials must be stored, handled and packed in ESD

6.3.2 Wear esd rings or ESD gloves when touching the PCBA board or ESD sensitive components

6.3.3 Equipment and tooling must meet ESD requirements

6.3.4 Periodically check the protection effect of ESD devices

6.3.5 The soldering iron shall be grounded when in use, and electrostatic test shall be arranged every week.
