6.6 Maintenance equipment and accessories

6.6.1 Maintenance equipment: hot air gun, heating station, electric soldering iron, tweezers, tin slag box, heating station bracket, cotton swabs, dust-free cloth, anti-static brush, static ring, anti-static gloves, multimeter, mica sheet, steel mesh, Scraper etc.

6.6.2 Maintenance accessories: wine clear, cleaning agent, flux, tin wire, solder paste.

6.7 Requirements for maintenance equipment

6.7.1 Requirements for the soldering iron: If the temperature of the soldering iron is too high, it may damage the components or the insulation layer of the PCB board and cause various soldering defects or potential risks. In order to avoid this risk, when using an electric soldering iron, the temperature should be controlled at 340℃ -380℃, and the electric soldering iron should be used for soldering.

6.7.2 Electric soldering iron operation, maintenance, maintenance, when using the electric soldering iron to solder, the soldering iron tip and the veneer are at a 45° angle; if not used for a long time, tin protect the soldering iron tip and turn off the power; the soldering iron tip is oxidized, deformed, and dirty , It needs to be replaced when it is damaged or the temperature is not up to the requirements.

6.7.3 Hot air gun requirements: When using a hot air gun for maintenance, since the hot air directly acts on the components and local areas of the PCBA, special attention should be paid to the temperature and time control to avoid damage to the components and PCBA. Adjust according to different types of components. Corresponding soldering temperature (refer to reference standards for soldering temperature of various types of components).
